Located near State Road 192, US 27, and I-4, this home offers easy access to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Dining, entertainment, and the nearest supermarket are a short drive away. The property is situated within a gated community, providing a quiet environment while remaining close to attractions. Florida summers can be hot, and guests are asked to keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the A/C unit from freezing, with a potential fine of up to $500 for violations. Propane for the grill is typically provided by guests, though a tank is available to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors and to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise after 10 pm and before 8 am. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
