The swimming pool is step entry, with a splash zone for little ones and a gently sloping end for adult swimming. Surrounding the pool are umbrella-covered tables and chairs, as well as a ping pong table and a pool table. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Located in an ideal location on US Highway 27, near the junction with Highway 192, this home is around 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney World Maingate area. Within a short driving distance of Glenbrook, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, including fast-food eateries, Chili's Bar & Grille, Olive Garden Italian, Applebee's American restaurant, and IHOP. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil available for use. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. [SI]
