Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48 paid directly to the building. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Luggage storage is available with a bellman service for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, the apartment offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. You can walk to the Adrienne Arsht Center in just 5 minutes. South Beach is an 8-minute drive away, and you can explore the trendy Wynwood area in just 5 minutes. The apartment is also close to Brickell City Center, the Design District, and Downtown Miami, making it an ideal location for exploring the city's vibrant culture and nightlife. The building is currently undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. The main lobby is closed, and temporary pathways provide safe access. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs, but the Jacuzzi and remaining pool deck are open. Guests can enjoy the pool at the nearby Marriott Hotel with a limited number of passes available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, and if suspected of smoking, a penalty will be applied. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a $100 charge per item. The apartment includes a dedicated workspace with high-speed 400Mbps Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
