Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. No visitors or any guests will be permitted at any time during stays shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or any type of altercation with building security or staff is allowed, or this will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine. The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM.
