Located at The Grand, a premier waterfront building, feel at home in this centrally located apartment. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children. Two bedrooms feature king beds and direct private balcony access with skyline views, while the additional enclosed bedroom offers extra flexibility and privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The open-concept living and dining area is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished for both relaxation and social time. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the oversized private balcony, where guests can unwind while taking in sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Venetian Causeway, and the resort-style pool deck below. A fully equipped kitchen with sleek black-granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample cabinetry makes preparing meals at home easy and enjoyable. Amenities include a hot tub, gym, sauna, in-unit washer/dryer, streaming TV, and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Valet is the only available parking option, and you pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For stays of 10+ nights, please inquire. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans.
