Located at The Grand, a premier waterfront building, this apartment offers comfort and an ideal central location. This apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults plus 3 children. Two bedrooms offer king beds and direct private balcony access with skyline views, while the third enclosed bedroom provides extra flexibility. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The open-concept living and dining area is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the oversized private balcony with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Venetian Causeway, and the resort-style pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek black-granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample cabinetry. Guests have access to The Grand’s premium waterfront amenities, including a hot tub and pool, gym, and sauna. On-site dining is available. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase and parking is available via valet for a daily fee of $48 with unlimited in/out privileges. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", and does not accommodate trucks, vans, slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds. No electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Situated in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations. Wynwood is approximately 5–10 minutes away, known for its arts district, murals, restaurants, and bars. South Beach is approximately 15–20 minutes away, easily reached via the causeway, known for its beaches, Art Deco architecture, and Ocean Drive. Brickell City Centre, a modern shopping and dining destination, is approximately 10–15 minutes away. The Adrienne Arsht Center & Kaseya Center are nearby, approximately 5 minutes away, hosting concerts, shows, and sporting events. The Design District, home to luxury boutiques, galleries, and acclaimed dining, is approximately 5–10 minutes away. Downtown Miami nightlife is also within easy reach, approximately 5–10 minutes away. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
