Located at The Grand, a premier waterfront building, this apartment offers comfort and an ideal central location. This apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults plus 3 children. Two bedrooms offer king beds and direct private balcony access with skyline views, while the third enclosed bedroom provides extra flexibility. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The open-concept living and dining area is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the oversized private balcony with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Venetian Causeway, and the resort-style pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek black-granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample cabinetry. Guests have access to The Grand’s premium waterfront amenities, including a hot tub and pool, gym, and sauna. On-site dining is available. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase and parking is available via valet for a daily fee of $48 with unlimited in/out privileges. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", and does not accommodate trucks, vans, slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds. Downtown Miami nightlife is also within easy reach, approximately 5–10 minutes away. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.
