This 2-bedroom home sleeps up to 5 guests and offers a private entrance for easy coming and going. This home features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, and a dining space is available for enjoying meals together. The bathroom has been fully remodeled and includes a rainfall shower. You’ll find bathroom essentials provided for your convenience, along with hot water and thoughtful touches that make settling in easy. This home is dog-friendly with a $99 non-refundable pet fee, and long-term stays are allowed. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair are available. Free parking is available on the premises as well as free street parking. Set in a peaceful area of Norfolk, you’re just 5 minutes from the beach and nearby restaurants, 10 minutes from outlet shopping, and 15 minutes from the Navy Base, making it an ideal base for exploring the area at your own pace. Smoking indoors will incur a $250 fine. Additional fees include $250 for vomit/bodily fluid or waste, $250 for illegal drug paraphernalia, $200 for glitter or confetti, $200 per pet for unauthorized pets, $50 for dirty dishes, and $20 per missing towel. A maximum of two dogs are welcome. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. We require our guests to maintain a reasonable volume during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. There is a $250 fine for smoking on the property. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If additional guests are brought [beyond original reservation guest total] and Host is not notified, per house rules Guest acknowledged when booking, booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain.
