The entrance door of the unit is on the second floor. When you open the door there are stairs (14) heading to the 3rd floor. The main unit is on the 3rd floor, but the master bedroom and master bathroom are on the 4th floor, with around 10 stairs to go to the 4th floor. Relax in the chic living area, thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening relaxation on your private balcony, or gather on the rooftop patio for a unique city experience. The huge living room features a large couch and two leather loveseats in front of a fireplace, a dining table with chairs in front of a second fireplace, and a wet bar area with high stools. The apartment also includes three modern fireplaces, dark hardwood floors throughout, modern bathrooms with tiles and bathtubs, air-conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Situated in the heart of downtown, this penthouse provides easy access to New Orleans' most iconic attractions. Explore the enchanting French Quarter, vibrant Bourbon Street, and historic Jackson Square. Savor the city's renowned cuisine at nearby top-rated restaurants or discover the eclectic shops and galleries that make the area unique. Located just a block from public transportation, including St. Charles Streetcar, it's a short ride to French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous Magazine St, boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and a vibrant nightlife, is 2 miles away. Harrah's New Orleans casino is 1.6 miles from your condo, and it's under 2 miles from Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, House of Blues, and many other hot spots. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 24 miles from the condo, and the nearest neighborhood Walgreens is only a 1-minute walking distance. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
