Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee: $75 total for short stays (1-5 nights), $200 total for medium stays (6-28 nights), and $300 total for long stays (29+ nights). There is a strict no-smoking policy indoors; smoking is permitted in the backyard, and cigarette butts must be disposed of off the property. A $1000 fine applies for smoking indoors. No parties or social gatherings are allowed; any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests failing to check out by 10 AM will be subject to a $50.00/hour penalty. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately; an undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture. Help conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. A 48-hour notice minimum is required prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
