No parties or social gatherings are allowed; any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests failing to check out by 10 AM will be subject to a $50.00/hour penalty. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately; an undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.
