The courtyard and outdoor veranda should not be used after 9:30pm, out of respect for neighbors. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Noise should be kept down from 9:30pm-8am. Smoking and flames are not allowed. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
