The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, along with an office desk and chair for work or study. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is available on the premises with instructions provided at check-in. If you are bringing a pet, please inform us in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. A one-time charge of $50 per pet is required for the Pooprints program, which ensures all residents pick up after their registered pet. If a pet defecates and it is not picked up, a $500 fine per occurrence will be applied. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. No parties or events are allowed, and unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including balconies and around the building, with a $500 fine for violations. Noise monitors are installed to measure noise levels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for safety. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with a $500 late check-out fee if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
