Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. Plano, Texas, is a dynamic city strategically located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The city is filled with beautiful green spaces, with over 4,000 acres of parks and trails for exploration. This lovely home is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with the DFW Airport just 27 miles away, 19 miles to downtown Dallas, and 34 miles from the AT&T Stadium. Nearby, you'll find shopping centers and restaurants, with a CVS and Walgreens just 0.5 miles away, Park Mall Plaza 1 mile away, and a local Walmart 2 miles away. Enjoy nearby attractions such as The Main Event, ArtCentre of Plano, and Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve, all within a few miles. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 9:00.
