We've married historic charm with marbled quartz countertops, brand new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and a comfy-cozy bed. One private parking space behind the building is available for stays of 21 days or longer. Outside of this, there are wonderful parking lots and parking garages nearby, as well as street parking (both free and paid). Conveniently located next door to a Streetcar stop, Rhinegeist, and Findlay Market, this condo is the perfect home base for urban explorers. If you love small cafes, intimate artisanal restaurants, breweries and bars then this is the place for you. You are situated in the heart of Over-the-Rhine and the pulsating and bustling entertainment district known as the Brewery District along Elm ST. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at the sole discretion of the host, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then the reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Dishonest behavior may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Abusive behavior, such as yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of the host team, will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The host retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking ANYTHING indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the host incurs security/fire department/police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost.
