Perfect for people looking to relax between exploring the city, this apartment has everything you might need. From a gorgeous private outdoor area, a high-end kitchen, lots of natural light, and style for days, you'll feel at home in no time. The free parking is a lot located adjacent to the property. It is first-come, first-served, so the free parking is not guaranteed. There is also lots of free street parking available. Situated just beyond Findlay Market and the vibrant Over-the-Rhine entertainment district, this property offers close access to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and local shops. You’ll be near the action without being directly in the middle of it. The neighborhood is still in the process of revitalization, making it a great choice for travelers seeking both convenience and value. There are multiple options for getting around easily and conveniently. You can always take a vehicle, Uber, or scooter. It is also only a 5-minute walk to the nearest Streetcar station, which will take you around all of downtown in a loop for free. If you’re not comfortable with urban environments, this may not be the ideal fit. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking and lighting anything in the property are not allowed. Violating the rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee applies for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste or in complete disorder will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees arise out of behavior at the property, the cost will be billed with a minimum security fee of $150. [SI]
