Situated in the heart of Nob Hill, one of Portland's most walkable and charming neighborhoods, this studio is steps away from local favorites. Enjoy proximity to Ken's Bakery (2 min walk), Trader Joe's (4 min walk), pet-friendly Couch Park (4 min walk), Salt & Straw, and numerous shops and restaurants on NW 23rd Avenue. Hospitals and transit are also conveniently close, with the Tri-Met MAX station a 3-minute walk away. This historic building is located in a lively urban neighborhood, so some city sounds may be audible; white noise machines are provided for added comfort. The unit is located next to the elevator, so you may hear it operating. Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors, with a minimum charge of $500 for any violations. Guests are required to use a call box to be buzzed into the building for initial check-in and download an app to access the unit. A physical key and fob will be provided after initial check-in. Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. Lockout assistance is available during business hours (9 am to 7 pm); lockouts outside of business hours will result in the guest being financially responsible for lodging or re-entry. Trash and recycling are located on the ground floor. Guests who do not take trash out on trash day will pay a $50 disposal fee. Guests must open cabinets under sinks and turn on heaters in rooms, and leave water in all taps on a slight drip when temperatures drop below 32 degrees F to prevent pipe freezing or bursting; guests are responsible for damages caused by failure to follow this rule. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will pay a $50 poop cleanup fee. Bodily fluid cleanup will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
