This historic building is located in a lively urban neighborhood, so some city sounds may be audible; white noise machines are provided for added comfort. The unit is located next to the elevator, so you may hear it operating. Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors, with a minimum charge of $500 for any violations. Guests are required to use a call box to be buzzed into the building for initial check-in and download an app to access the unit. A physical key and fob will be provided after initial check-in. Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. Lockout assistance is available during business hours (9 am to 7 pm); lockouts outside of business hours will result in the guest being financially responsible for lodging or re-entry. Trash and recycling are located on the ground floor. Guests who do not take trash out on trash day will pay a $50 disposal fee.
