The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second and third bedroom each with a queen-size bed, and a fourth bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The primary bedroom features an en-suite full bathroom, while a second full bathroom is available for guests. Pamper your guests in the Jacuzzi, covered for sun protection, and enjoy the large gas grill and fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. The spacious, recently renovated kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances is perfect for preparing meals, complemented by a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Relax in the living room or primary bedroom with big TVs, and enjoy playing Xbox in the living room. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products, along with linens and towels (excluding pool towels). Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom is opened for groups of eight or more guests. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during summer and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage, recording 24/7 for your safety. Your home away from home is located in Irving, Texas, one of the most diverse cities in the U.S. Conveniently located just 7 miles from DFW Airport, 12 miles to downtown Dallas, and 8 miles from AT&T Stadium, you'll have easy access to nearby attractions. Explore nature with parks and lakes nearby, including Running Bear Park and Irving Lake. For family fun, visit Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark or Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum. The Toyota Music Factory, featuring live music, a movie theater, restaurants, and bars, is also nearby, along with Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk. Don't miss the Mustangs of Las Colinas bronze sculpture and museum. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period, and any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
