The home's sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed on the second floor, two additional bedrooms with queen beds on the second floor, and a fourth bedroom on the first floor with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The home features a fully loaded kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and more, perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room includes a 65-inch smart TV. The backyard and pool area offer lounge chairs, a dining area, and a mini seating area around a fire pit. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests. Parking is available for four cars on the driveway. This established community offers a friendly atmosphere and a rich heritage. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and with a great suburban feel, close to a beautiful marina and lots of parks. Nearby attractions include Mesquite Convention Center, Mesquite Shopping District, Lake Ray Hubbard, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and more. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
