While the space is supplied for up to 3 days, guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. The balcony serves as a designated smoking area. Nestled in a serene and tropical neighborhood, this apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Fort Mose, a 40-acre waterfront state park. It's conveniently located less than 3 miles from downtown St. Augustine and Vilano Beach. Explore the historic charm of downtown with its cobblestone streets, local shops, and dining options. Enjoy various activities such as kayaking, jet-skiing, and historic tours in the oldest city in America. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved prior to arrival. No parties, pets, or smoking are allowed on the property. A security camera is installed at the front door for safety, and tampering with it may result in cancellation of the reservation. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a vanity desk with a lamp, making it suitable for remote work.
