Nestled in a serene and lush neighborhood, this property is a quick 5-minute walk to Fort Mose, a 40-acre waterfront state park perfect for kayaking or exploring historic culture. Just under 3 miles from downtown St. Augustine, you can easily access the historical Castillo de San Marcos Fort and enjoy the unique charm of downtown with its cobblestone streets, local shops, and dining. Water lovers will appreciate the proximity to Vilano Beach and the various water activities available. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM as per St. Johns County ordinance. The property is equipped with a security camera at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed on the property, and smoking is strictly prohibited, including on the front porch. Evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
