The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved prior to arrival. No parties, pets, or smoking are allowed on the property. A security camera is installed at the front door for safety, and tampering with it may result in cancellation of the reservation. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
