If you're arriving by car, valet parking is available at the following rates: visitor rate (0-6 hours) is $25.68, after 6 hours or midnight is the full overnight rate (no in and out), and the overnight guest rate per night is $53.50, which includes in and out privileges. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. It's a fantastic area that perfectly blends commercial appeal with cultural richness. Each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob, but the smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access. A virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for around $10. Washcloths are not provided. Noise should be kept to a minimum to maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged with 24 hours' notice for an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost to replace them. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine.
