Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, with shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters available for rent. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
