Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, pool temporarily unavailable), a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. This apartment is wheelchair accessible. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length will be collected separately. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
