No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 7am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old (except for students/interns). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
