This comfortable home offers a bright living area and cozy bedrooms designed for restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, basic utensils, and dining seating, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy comfortable queen beds with soft linens and extra pillows, and a spacious closet in the peaceful bedrooms. The clean and modern bathroom features fresh towels, a shower/tub combo, and essential toiletries. Guests can enjoy free public parking in non-reserved spaces, and access to a community pool and fitness center. Please note that the pool area is temporarily closed for renovations, with completion expected by the end of May. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. This Plano stay is conveniently located minutes from Hwy 121 and the Dallas North Tollway, close to Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy, and near Stonebriar Centre and Frisco attractions. It offers easy access to corporate offices and dining, with AT&T Stadium approximately 35-40 minutes away. Guest sign-in is required after booking, including uploading a government-issued ID for verification and acknowledgement of house rules to receive check-in instructions. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval and payment. Late check-outs must be approved; staying past 11 am without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily, and guests swim at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Two guests per household are permitted in the pool area, and persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers, diving, running, rough play, pets, smoking or vaping, or loud music are allowed in the pool area. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly. Mail/packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or speak to property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine. While the neighborhood is generally peaceful, occasional noise from neighbors or cooking/smoking odors may occur; notify the host for assistance. Bugs can be present in Texas's hot and humid climate; regular exterminations are performed, but no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team; patience is appreciated for non-emergency repairs. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. A fee of $50 will apply if a key/key fob is not returned or is damaged. Parties, trash, unit damage, disrespect of property, or gatherings with un-reported guests will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag is a $25 charge. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. Extra clean towels and linens may be found drying in the dryer. Laundry detergent is not included. Normal stains and wear and tear on linens and towels are expected. The public pool may be closed for maintenance, cleanings, seasonality, or weather; verify availability beforehand to avoid disappointment, as no refunds will be provided for pool closures if not verified prior to booking.
