Enjoy the outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, whirlpool, and an indoor heated pool. Free parking is available for one car. Metered street parking is located next to the building. You'll be close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. A short walk will take you to the famous boardwalk on the ocean, Starbucks, Mc Donald's, and River City Restaurant. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Starter pack toiletries are provided; additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. Construction is scheduled to begin nearby soon, and guests may experience intermittent noise during the day, including several days of metal work, followed by ongoing construction activity and concrete truck noise starting in March. A covered beach access walkway will be provided on the south end during this time. Grilling is prohibited, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
