This condo boasts incredible views of the slopes, valley, and sunsets, perfect for enjoying Steamboat's 'alpenglow,' fireworks, and torchlight parades. The wraparound balcony extends from Bedroom 1, past Bedroom 2, the living room, and to the dining room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and four sets of sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light. Each of the two bedrooms features an updated private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, bedside tables, tongue and groove ceilings with wood beams, a double closet, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, matching furniture, tongue and groove ceilings with beams, stunning views, direct balcony access, and French doors opening to the living room. The main living area, located at the building's corner, offers expansive views from east to south and west, featuring a large HDTV and a rebuilt stacked rock fireplace. The condo also includes an entry area with a bench and cubbies for gear storage. Paid add-ons include discounts on ski and snowboard rentals, and airport shuttles. Discounts are also available for lengthy stays. Unassigned parking for one vehicle is available in an outdoor lot, with potential for a second vehicle during off-seasons. Trailers and RVs are not allowed. If parking for a second vehicle, trailer, or RV is needed, off-site options can be discussed. A free private shuttle is available in ski season, with hours and service varying year to year. Taxis are also available. Enjoy unparalleled ski, bike, and hike access directly from your door. Adjacent stairs lead to ski slopes in winter and trails in summer. Situated on a ridge above the ski resort's base area, this condo offers amazing views. The building has an elevator, with the laundry and ski locker rooms just one level down. Glide to and from the beginner-friendly 'Right O Way' ski trail, which leads directly to both Gondolas. Separate ski-in and ski-out routes are available. During ski season, a seasonal shuttle provides transport to the Gondola Transit Center, connecting you to escalators for the Gondolas or free city buses for groceries and town exploration. While a car is optional in ski season, it is recommended for exploring state parks, wilderness areas, and national forests in spring, summer, or fall. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate termination of the rental, including eviction, without refund, and for retention of any security deposit, plus charges or liability for damages. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Violations may subject the guest to immediate eviction without refund, retention of any security deposit, and/or charges or liability for damages. The reserving party and all adults in the group must be at least 30 years old. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Triple Crown groups, athletic competition groups, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and construction industry groups must inquire for approval. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on the property or grounds. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property, covering all entrances and exits, to ensure security and guest honesty about property use. Long-term rentals (28 nights or more) require discussion and approval prior to booking, and a long-term rental/lease agreement and security deposit may be required. Mid-stay cleanings may also be required for long-term rentals. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $10 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 4 people. Failure to declare the correct group size is a violation of the rental agreement and grounds for immediate termination. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in the same condition as found, with normal use and wear excepted. Furniture shall not be moved or altered without written approval. Guests are responsible for costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services, and for loss of future rental income if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. Guests shall inspect the property upon arrival and immediately notify the property owner or manager of any issues or damage.
