Stylishly designed with the best of upscale luxury and warm comforts in mind, you’ll find all the comforts of home here in your home away from home. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, an open concept layout, and an island with seating, is sure to inspire your culinary genius. The dedicated dining area, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a delicious meal and lively conversation. The living room, with vaulted high ceilings, comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace, provides a cozy environment to relax and unwind. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer a mix of king, queen, bunk, and twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. The 5 bathrooms are equipped with essential toiletries and sparkling clean bathtubs for those who enjoy relaxing bubble baths. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage and on the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest beyond the first six. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Conveniently nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth and adjacent to the DFW International Airport, Irving is a keystone city in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex! Home to the Mandalay Canals, Toyota Music Factory, and Las Colinas, Irving has a unique vibe with entertainment, fine dining, music galore, and a history all its own. Nearby attractions include the Toyota Music Factory, Jaycee Park Center for the Arts, and Irving Mall. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, and Reunion Tower. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. A laptop computer is not included. Pet cleaning fees may be applied and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property is required at all times with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies.
