Simplify by making meals in the well-equipped kitchen, ready with pots and pans, a range, oven, microwave, and fridge. A washer and dryer are available, and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo with all towels provided. The two bedrooms each feature a queen bed. A private, fenced patio in the back is available for bicycles or kayaks. Conveniently located in the hills of Port Angeles, this home is just a 5-minute drive to Olympic Park Visitor Center for hiking and incredible panoramic views, and 20 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and kayaking adventures. It's also only 30 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top. A car is recommended for getting around. Guests are required to complete a Check-In Form provided by the partner as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation, and a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form. This is a non-smoking facility; smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property. Renters who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee. No pets are allowed; unauthorized pets will incur a $500 additional cleaning fee and are subject to immediate eviction. Service or ESA animals must be disclosed, with a description and what they are trained to do, observing ADA guidelines. Additional guests beyond what was agreed upon are not permitted. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted; guests should utilize the local post office for mailing needs. Respect the privacy of neighbors; no trespassing or loud noises. The trusted partner and homeowner assume no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property, nor for inconvenience from temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, TV, Internet reception, or plumbing. Some properties have outside cameras; tampering with them is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Some locations are on a septic system; only use septic-approved toilet paper and do not dispose of anything else. Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If connectivity is urgent, guests should bring back-up options such as a hotspot. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft during their stay, assessed at labor and replacement costs. Reported accidental damage is covered up to $1500. A $260 non-refundable fee will be applied for longer stays between 21-28 nights to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance. Age restrictions may apply due to liability; ages of children over two years old must be supplied as they are charged, while children under two stay free. There may be a Notice of Hazardous Conditions at selected homes. Guests must agree to the Terms and Conditions with the partner as a condition for rental. No third-party bookings are allowed; the primary guest must be staying at the home. The partner staff or repair persons have the right to enter the property for inspection, repairs, servicing, cleaning, and laundering at reasonable times, except in case of emergency. Missing keys will result in a $25 key replacement fee. If the home is equipped with a fire pit, a small fire with seasoned wood is permitted, subject to any county-wide BURN BAN. If a rental becomes unavailable and a replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be provided, and guests agree to release from any liability.
