Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. Located in downtown Chillicothe, this home is within walking distance of Yoctangee Park and the Majestic Theatre. Enjoy a stroll along the pretty street and admire the historic buildings, or visit local restaurants and shops with plant-based options. The Ross County Heritage Center and Pump House Center for the Arts are also nearby. Ross County Airport is a short drive away. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am, and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the home only, and vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No additional unregistered guests are allowed, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, along with a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests.
