After fun-filled days, unwind with a refreshing dip in the resort's indoor and outdoor pool. This condo is perfect for couples or solo explorers looking to soak up gulf-side magic. It blends cozy comfort with endless adventure. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over the Gulf, spend your days enjoying nearby attractions, and unwind poolside as evening sets in. The spacious living and dining area, along with a kitchen equipped with all needed essentials, ensures you feel at home. The condo also offers a smart TV for your entertainment. Parking for two cars is included in the total amount, ensuring convenience during your stay. Located just a minute's walk from Adventure Island and within walking distance to Romar Beach and the Orange Beach Welcome Center, this condo is ideally situated for exploring local attractions. The Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum, Gulf Shores Beach, and Perdido Key Beach are just a short drive away, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure and relaxation. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. The pool heaters will be turned on from November 1 to March 31 each winter. Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property. The condo sleeps six, featuring a king bed in the bedroom, a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall, and a queen sleeper in the living room. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. Radios, stereos, and other musical equipment are not permitted after 10:00 p.m. on the grounds. Noise levels must be moderated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing other guests. Disorderly guests will be evicted from the property. Running is not permitted throughout the entire property, including hallways, parking lots, pool decks, and lobby. Children are not permitted to play on the elevators, and parents will be held liable for the actions and damage caused by their children.
