Parking is available in a lot next door to the building for $15 - $45 for 24 hours, with free parking on Sundays a few blocks away and metered parking on other days between 8 am to 8 pm. A pack-n-play and high chair are available. Well-behaved pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for longer stays, up to a maximum of 2 pets. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways. This is a non-smoking, non-party, and non-event property. Loud music or disturbances are prohibited, with quiet hours after 10:00 pm. Pets are not allowed without prior written consent. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed.
