Passes are $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Cash or card accepted. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
