Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. The apartment is a five-minute drive from the University of South Florida, and eight minutes to the Museum of Science & Industry. Busch Gardens Tampa is just 11 minutes away, and both Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park are within easy reach for nature walks and picnics. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms are permitted on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the apartment and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
