Close to the elevator for convenience, this luxury condo is flooded with natural light and is far from pool noise for ultimate peace and privacy. This condo features an 85-inch smart TV in the living room and a 42-inch TV in the bedroom, a Pac-Man arcade game, a foosball table, and a telescope for stargazing or bay watching. There are also board games and drinking games available. The cocktail bar set-up and complimentary coffee and brewing essentials provide delightful dining options. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag are provided. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Regular household pets are not allowed. Manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. Located in Rocky Point, this condo is pressed up against Downtown Tampa. The immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, and brunch spots. Whiskey Joes and Ben T Davis Beach are a short distance away. There are five different restaurants very close to the resort, public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver directly to your unit. Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. [SI]
