The living room boasts a sleek leather sofa, a sunlit egg chair, and a realistic electric fireplace with heat. Entertainment options include a 60” Roku Smart TV and a bar cart with a cocktail shaker set and mixology guide. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spice rack with over 25 spices and basic oils, a Cuisinart coffee maker with an exotic coffee selection, and a unique hot sauce collection. Enjoy dining with a charcuterie board and cheese slicer. Guests can request extra towels and linens, a queen air mattress, and a Pack 'N Play. Birthday or romantic surprise packages are available for an extra fee. Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted with prior notice and written approval, with a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so.
