This waterfront retreat on the 3rd floor comfortably sleeps up to four and features a private balcony. This villa-style condo features a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, cocktail bar, and popcorn maker with fresh popcorn. Entertainment is provided by a 68” Smart TV in the living room and a 43” Smart TV in the bedroom, both supporting streaming. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are included for your convenience. Enjoy access to the heated pool, fishing pier, BBQ grills, and outdoor fitness center. A Pack ‘N Play is available upon request. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Regular household pets are not allowed. The manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. Located in Rocky Point, this apartment is close to top attractions, dining, and the airport. The immediate neighborhood offers hotels, small bars, restaurants, and brunch spots. Whiskey Joes, a popular indoor and outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music, is a short walk away, along with a large public beach. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
