It's a short drive to Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, and Hyde Park. Whiskey Joes, a popular indoor and outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music, is a short walk away, as is a large public beach. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. [SI]
