This home is pet-friendly, welcoming your furry companions with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Un-Leashed Pet Fee: $50.00 per occurrence. Pet Waste Pick-up: $50.00 per occurrence. Free parking is available on the premises. The unit sits near popular Tampa-area destinations such as the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and nearby parks. Major roads make it easy to reach family activities, dining, and outdoor adventures. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
