The unit's air conditioning is regularly maintained at 78°F or less to ensure a comfortable, humidity-free environment. Valet parking is available. For guests requiring a late check-out, it can be arranged until 12:00 PM for an additional $50, subject to availability and other guests' arrival. Located in the heart of the iconic Wynwood Arts District, this apartment is perfectly positioned in Miami’s most vibrant and creative neighborhood. Downstairs, enjoy dining at Casa Tua Cucina. Steps away are Wynwood Walls and the Museum of Graffiti. Minutes away are the Design District, Brickell, and Miami Beach. The area is ultra-walkable, with shops, bars, and galleries. Major hubs like MiamiCentral Station and the free Metromover are a 10-minute drive away. Miami International Airport (MIA) is roughly a 20-minute drive, and PortMiami (Cruise Terminal) is 15-20 minutes away. NoMad Residences is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on Association property, inside the unit, on the balcony, and within 25 feet of the building. A $300 fine applies if violated. Guests must sign the Short-Term Rental Rules and Regulations during check-in. Valid government-issued photo identification for all occupants must be provided to the Association prior to checking in and presented at the front desk. FOBs will be provided following registration at the front desk; failure to return them at checkout will result in a $50 fee for replacement. The front desk does not hold personal belongings, luggage, or food deliveries; all deliveries must be met in the lobby. Appropriate attire, including clothing and closed-toe shoes, is required in all interior common areas. All trash must be tied in bags and fit easily inside the trash chute opening located on the floor. Cardboard or bulky items should not be put down the chute. Any items thrown away by mistake will not be collected by staff. Do not leave any trash, bags, or furniture in the trash chute area, hallways, or hung outside the doors. Break down any cardboard boxes and place them inside the designated recycling bin located in the loading dock area. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Washcloths are not provided. Any damages to objects and equipment will result in additional charges. Reservations must be made by a 21-year-old person, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises.
