Please note that by booking this reservation, you agree to pay the Emerald Island resort fee of $20 PER VEHICLE, which is paid to the resort upon check-in. Resort fees are non-refundable. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise.
