Beyond the home, you have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, arcade, cyber cafe, sauna, sport courts, and playgrounds. Note that by booking this reservation, you agree to pay the Emerald Island resort fee of $20 per vehicle, which is paid to the resort upon check-in (credit/debit/Apple Pay only). Resort fees are non-refundable. Set in Kissimmee, this townhouse places you close to Disney and within easy reach of nearby attractions, dining, and entertainment. The gated and guarded community offers peace of mind while keeping you connected to everything Orlando has to offer. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation.
