The second floor offers a bedroom with two twin beds, another bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and an open loft area with a twin daybed and twin trundle. The garage apartment includes a spacious studio with a king-size bed, a full kitchen, and a small attached bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. Outside, enjoy a private heated pool, putting green, corn hole, and a gas grill. Small events may be approved for an additional fee. An additional security deposit is required for wedding groups and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Situated just steps from downtown and directly across from Francis Field, this home provides prime access to all of St. Augustine's top events and attractions. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am, and any noise violations may result in heavy fees from the city. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Security cameras are installed at the front door and above the garage, and tampering with them may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees. Guests are liable for any property damage during their stay, and the home is not child-proofed. Checkout procedures must be followed to avoid additional cleaning fees. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi and smart TVs available throughout the home. A laptop computer is not included.
