No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is permitted, including on the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. The property is equipped with security cameras at the front door and above the garage, facing the driveway. Tampering with these cameras may result in cancellation of the reservation. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval and may incur additional fees. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival.
