Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or threatening staff, will also result in termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation.
