The lanai has two chairs and an outdoor coffee table for casual meals and relaxation. The front door of the coach home is located on the right side of the building, and there are beach towels available for guest use. The home comes with four pickleball rackets. There is a large scenic lake in the center of Lakeside with walking paths, a basketball court, a community clubhouse with billiards, an exercise room, a library, a heated community pool and spa, a playground, shuffleboard, and tennis and pickleball courts. A smaller community pool is located one building down from this coach home. Located in Lakeside, in the heart of north Naples, the community is only 12 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to restaurants and shopping. Lakeside is a lovely community tucked behind gates and located right off of Airport-Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road. The Shoppes of Vanderbilt, featuring Primo Hoagies, Mister01 Pizza, Mojo Sushi, and Flaco's Mexican, are nearby. Vanderbilt Beach is about 12 minutes away, and Gumbo Limbo beach bar is about 15 minutes away. Pets are not allowed.
