No parties or loud gatherings are allowed under any circumstances; out of respect for neighbors, noisy events are strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping of any substance (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) is allowed anywhere in the building or unit. Keep balcony doors closed at all times to prevent humidity damage to walls and ceilings. Do not block curtains or tamper with any safety devices or equipment in the unit. If the unit has a dividing door (for adjoining suites), please leave it open unless you have booked both sides; if closed, a neighbor could accidentally enter the wrong room. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years old. Parking is available for guests in the building’s garage, subject to rules regarding designated areas and vehicle limits. Guests must park only in the designated areas for short-term rentals. Studios and one-bedroom units are allowed one (1) vehicle. Two-bedroom units or combined units may have up to two (2) vehicles. Oversized vehicles must not exceed a height of 7 feet. The building has two garage entrances. Upon arrival, you may pull into the valet/loading area temporarily while checking in. The front desk will provide a garage access keycard that also works for the elevators. Keep this card with you to enter and exit the garage and building. Miami Vacation Rentals is not responsible for any towing or tickets if you park incorrectly. Do not park in handicap spots without a valid permit, do not block any vehicles or fire lanes, and abide by any posted signage. If you are unsure about parking, ask us or the front desk for clarification. Lock your car and take usual precautions. The garage is generally secure, but the host is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles on the property. We recommend not leaving valuables in plain sight in your vehicle. All guests staying at the property are required to complete a mandatory pre check-in registration process prior to arrival. As part of this process, valid government-issued photo identification is required for the primary booker. Accepted forms of identification include, but are not limited to: Passport, Driver’s license, Government-issued national or state ID. To verify the authenticity of the identification provided, guests may also be required to submit a real-time selfie during the registration process. This selfie is used solely to confirm that the person completing the registration matches the identification submitted and to help prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and identity misuse. All registration steps, including ID upload and selfie verification, are completed securely through our designated check-in system. The information collected is used exclusively for identity verification, guest registration, building access authorization, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes, and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws. Failure to complete the required registration process or to provide the requested identification and verification prior to check-in may result in delayed or denied access to the property, and may lead to cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and booking platform rules. By confirming the reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this registration and identity verification requirement. Pets are not permitted in this building under the Master Association rules. Only permanent residents are allowed to have small pets. Emotional support animals are not permitted for vacation rentals. If a Guest is found with an unauthorized pet, they may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Reservations obtained under false pretenses, such as falsified information regarding the number of Guests or pets, will result in complete forfeiture of all payments and deposits, and the party will not be permitted to check in. Excessive occupancy or undeclared persons or pets also voids this agreement without refunds. Subletting or leasing the apartment to another person is strictly prohibited. Violators may be evicted at any time and reported to booking websites. Any exceptions, such as family members, must be communicated in writing and approved in advance by the Host. Rates are subject to change without notice but will not change once full payment has been made. Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup. Guests may request additional sets of linens or towels for free through the front desk or by contacting customer service via the booking platform. We provide an initial supply of toiletries and amenities, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap (refillable bottles), as well as coffee (2 regular and 2 decaf), sugar (8), cream (8), dishwasher tablets (2), liquid dish detergent (1), laundry tablets (2), kitchen paper towels (1), sponge (1), toilet paper (4 per bathroom), bottled water (2 per fridge), and garbage bags (2 extra).
