Valet parking is available on-site for a fee, and guests have access to one free parking spot per reservation in the driveway. If you would like a late checkout at 12 PM, please inquire by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure for an additional $25. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation.
